By checking this box, I (We) hereby authorize Southern Development Management Company, Inc. and its agents to conduct appropriate background investigation including, but not limited to, employment and income verifications, current and previous landlord references, rental history, credit history, identity, law enforcement history, etc. I (We) release all persons from liability on account of such disclosure.
APPLICATION AND PROCESSING FEES
I (We) agree that any and all application fees or processing fees are non-refundable, regardless if the application(s) is approved or denied.
Earnest Money Deposit
I (We) hereby make application for the above described apartment unit. With the execution of the application I, We, will pay an earnest money deposit to be determined. If this application is accepted, I (We) agree to enter into a written lease for the above described apartment, in which case the earnest money deposit will be applied to all or a portion of the security deposit due. If I (We) should refuse to enter into a written lease upon being offered, or if any informaiton contained in this application is found to be untrue, thereby causing this application to be rejected, Southern Development Management Company, Inc. shall retain the earnest money deposit as liquidated damages.
